The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
•William D. Cornman, 45, of 104 Cedar St. in Houston, was cited on Oct. 27 for failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
•Laura A. Twyford, 28, of 612 Maple St. in Houston, was issued a citation on Oct. 14 for allowing an animal to run at large. After a man reported two dogs loose in the yard of his Ozark Street residence, an investigating officer found a black-and-white male pit bull and a brindle-colored male lab mix and transported them to the city pound.
The ticket was Twyford’s third in the past month for the same violation.
