The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a man was arrested Wednesday night in Texas County for failing to register as a sex offender.
Daniel W. Hollingshead, 33, of Sullivan, faced a felony warrant from Howell County for the offense. He was taken to the Howell County Jail.
