The Missouri Office of Administration, in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Revenue, has awarded the management contract for the Licking License Office to Reba Duncan. All license office contracts in Missouri are awarded through a competitive bid process.
In the fiscal year running July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, processing fees totaled $54,720.
All local license offices are overseen by the Missouri Department of Revenue, but each is operated by an independent contractor.
