A Licking man wanted on several warrants was arrested Saturday, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Neilson N. Neal, 43, was wanted on two felony Texas County warrants, a misdemeanor Dent County warrant and a Licking Police Department warrant.
He is held without bond in the Texas County Jail.
A Topeka, Kan., woman, who was wanted in Texas County, was arrested late Saturday, the patrol said.
Keiaja A. Smith, 20, was wanted for failing to appear on a Texas County charge of failing to appear on a having no plates charge, as well as having no valid license plates and no insurance. She is held in the Texas County Jail.
