The Houston City Council is having a busy week:
It met Monday night for a regular session. On Tuesday, it gathered for a closed session to discuss pay scales.
Another meeting is planned Friday to discuss pay further and also receive a report on possible funding mechanisms for a fire truck purchase.Â
