The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a Cabool man was arrested Monday night for felony driving while intoxicated as a chronic offender.
Levi N. Ladd, 36, was also charged with felony driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident and no seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
