The Houston School District will host its 19th annual Veterans Tribute from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, inside Hiett Gymnasium.
Students will sing and other presentations will occur. The guest speaker will be veteran Jesse McCart of Cabool.
Following the tribute program, a reception (including refreshments) will be in the gym’s north lobby.
All area military veterans are encouraged to attend the event, held in their honor.
