A Christmas story time and crafts events are planned Dec. 1 at the Summersville branch of the Texas County Library.
The 11 a.m. activity is partnership with the Twin Pines staff from the Missouri Department of Conservation.
Participants will make holiday treasures from an abundance of natural objects. The Twin Pines staff will demonstrate how to use items like twigs, acorns and wood cookies to make tree ornaments to take home.
