An Alton woman was injured Monday morning in a Texas County wreck.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Angelica R. Thomas, 20, was headed southbound seven miles south of Summersville on Highway 17 when the 2003 Chevrolet Malibu she was driving ran off the left side of the highway and struck an embankment.
Thomas, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by private vehicle to Ozarks Medical Center. She had moderate injuries.
