A Yukon man was arrested on two charges Sunday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Nathan A. Kostos, 41, was charged with DWI (person less than 17 years in vehicle) and operated a careless and imprudent manner and failed to maintain control of vehicle.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail and released.
