Cabool minor charged by state patrol

A Cabool teenager was cited on two charges Saturday night in Howell County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Willard G. Gunter, 17, was charged and released on charges of minor in possession of alcohol and wearing no seat belt.
