A Cabool teenager was injured early Thursday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash on Highway AD about one mile west of Cabool, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Travis Brown said an eastbound 2001 Honda Accord driven by Adrien M. Ortega, 17, ran off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected and struck a culvert.
Ortega, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by private vehicle to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.
The vehicle had minor damage, Brown said.
