Citations were written after several investigations during the last week.

The following are excerpts from just some of the reports recently generated by the Houston Police Department:

•Danny W. Tefteller, 62, of 816 Augusta St., Apt. C, in Houston, was issued two citations for first-degree trespassing on Dec. 5 after allegedly being at Walmart on Dec. 4 and Dec. 5. He had been banned from Walmart properties after an earlier incident.

•George L. Benoist Jr., 31, of 7581 Country Club Lane at Houston, was cited on Dec. 6 for failure to stop at a posted sign.

•Robin L. Hayes, 53, of 215 Fourth St. in Houston, was issued citations for operating a motor vehicle with expired license plates and no insurance on Dec. 5.

•Michael A. Loman, 25, of 622 Davis St. in Cabool, was issued citations for driving while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with no operable headlights after a traffic stop on U.S. 63 at about 10:15 p.m. Dec. 1.

An officer made the stop after observing a white 1995 Chevrolet pickup traveling south on U.S. 63 with no headlights on. After making contact with the driver, the officer smelled alcohol and field sobriety tests were conducted.

Loman was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 6-hour hold period.

•Parker J. Ward, 17, of 13597 Union Road at Houston, was cited for careless and imprudent driving after an incident in the Houston High School parking lot at about 3:30 p.m. Nov. 30.

An investigating officer reported Ward has spun his vehicle’s tires, causing a rock to fly and break the back glass off another vehicle.

•Vincent K. Bates, 46, of 223 Chestnut Terrace in Houston, was cited on Dec. 2 for failure to register a motor vehicle.

•Christina M. Villarreal, 30, of 15308 Piney Drive in Bucyrus, was arrested Dec. 3 for having an active Texas County warrant for a parole violation.

An officer made the arrest at the Missouri Behavioral Healthcare office after being advised Villarreal was there. She was taken to the Texas County Jail and held without bond on the capias warrant to appear before a judge.
