Clifton Lee Ray Satterfield was born in Rolla, Mo., on Nov. 13, 1980, to Clifford Satterfield and Lisa (Sullins) Satterfield. After a long battle with cancer, he went to be with the Lord on Dec. 13, 2018.
Lee enlisted in the Army while still in high school and upon his graduation from Licking in 1999, began his military career. He married Heather (Williams) Satterfield on June 5, 2004, and they had two children, McKinley and Colby Satterfield. Lee spent the last decade working civil service at Fort Leonard Wood, where he came to gain many friends.
Lee was proud to have served his country and enjoyed hunting, woodworking, going to auctions and tinkering in his garage. He especially loved spending time with his family and friends; and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him. His kindness and willingness to help others will not be forgotten.
Lee is survived by his wife, Heather and two children, McKinley and Colby; parents, Clifford and Lisa Satterfield; brothers, TJ Sullins and Randy Satterfield and wife, Elizabeth, along with their children, Charli and RJ; grandfathers, Ray Satterfield and Dale Sullins; along with a host of aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, in-laws, cousins and friends.
