An Indiana man received two citations following a traffic stop Sunday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Authorities said Timothy J. Miller, 20, of Middlebury, Ind., was cited with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released.
