A man from Licking faces several charges — including three counts of not registering as a sexual offender — following his arrest Sunday night by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Charles E. Miriani, 52, was arrested at about 5 p.m. on charges of felony driving while intoxicated (chronic offender), driving while revoked (second offense), wearing no seat belt and having an unsecured child less than 16 years of age.
Miriani also was taken into custody on felony failure to register as a sex offender – three counts.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
