A Memphis man was cited with two offenses on Friday, Dec. 21, in Texas County.

A Memphis, Tenn., man was cited and released on two charges Friday night in Texas County. 

Tyler L. Gillispie, 20, is charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving without a valid license.
