Private celebration of life: Saturday, Jan. 26, in Eldon.

Charles Martin Bock, 63, passed away Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, at Autumn Oaks Caring Center, Mountain Grove.

He was born Feb. 18, 1955, in Aurora, Ill., son of William and Virginia Witte Bock. He and Jeanne Mutzebaugh were married Jan. 1, 1997.

He grew up in the Eldon area and graduated from the school of the Osage with the class of 1973. After graduation, he began working road construction. He worked for Howard Construction and Emery Sapp and Son.

He attended church as a child with his parents.

He loved fishing, camping, lake time, playing pool and his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and infant brothers.

Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Jeanne Bock of the home in Cabool; his children, Kyle Bock, Heather Bock and Chrissy Bayshore of Eldon, Nick Cavaness of Grainvalley, Lisa Steelman of Houston and Christopher Bock, Dakota Bock and Melissa Middleton of Cabool; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sandlin Bushman of Olean.

A private celebration of life is Saturday, Jan. 26, in Eldon. Cremation was under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
