Four members of the 2018 Houston High School volleyball team have been named to the academic all-state team.
Melody Buse, Darby Bell, Janae Huff and Kelly Hubbs earned the award with at least a 3.6 grade-point average and playing in 75 percent of the team’s matches. The honor is given by the Missouri State High School Volleyball Coaches Association.
As a team, the HHS volleyball team has a 3.4 GPA.
