An Arkansas man was arrested Monday, Dec. 31, on drug charges in Texas County.
Jesse J. McCollaugh, 22, of Jonesboro, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of marijuana – less than 10 grams. He was cited and released, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
