Houston junior Dakota Burchett looks for an opening between Stoutland defenders during Tuesday's game in the first round of the Conway Invitational.

The Houston Tigers led after the first, second and third quarters.

Unfortunately for them, they didn’t have an advantage following the quarter that mattered most.

Stoutland outscored HHS 17-10 in the final period Tuesday to rally for a 70-64 victory in the first round of the Conway Invitational.

The Tigers (6-11), who led 25-18 after the first quarter and by a point at the half and entering the fourth, will play Aurora at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

Junior Clayton Moore hit five 3-pointers en route to 30 points as the lone HHS player in double figures. Ty Franklin added eight points and Korbyn Tune and Sterling Jackson scored seven apiece.
