The Houston school board made three employment moves Jan. 29 during the closed session of a special meeting.
Drew Jordan was hired as a long-term substitute for the remainder of the 2018-19 school year. Two men, James Smith and Mark Crisp, were hired as custodians for the remainder of the year.
All the moves were unanimously approved. Smith’s employment is pending a background check.
