An accident south of Cabool on Highway 181 led to charges Wednesday against an Oklahoma man.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Hector Garcia, 35, of Stillwell, Okla., was arrested on charges of DWI – alcohol, first; careless and imprudent driving and having no driver’s license.
He was taken to the Cabool Police Department and later released.
