Terry Michel “Mike” Arvin, 54, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2018, at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
He was born April 29, 1964, in Birch Tree, son of Joseph Arvin and Malissie Wade. He and Tonya Powell were married in 1983 in St. Louis. They divorced in 1995. He later married Jaclyn Cornwall Ipock of Summersville
He began logging at age 15 and loved spending time outdoors, especially fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother: Gary Dean; and a son: Malcom.
Survivors include seven children, Terry, Raymond, Bradley, Angelisa, Mickey, Mica and Mariah; eight siblings: Peggy of Salem, Betty of Birch Tree, Rodger of Salem, Rhonda of Peace Valley and Joe Jr., John, Darlene and Gloria of Mountain View; and 14 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date under the direction of Bradford Funeral Home, Summersville
