A Summersville man was arrested Wednesday night on five charges, including a pair of felonies.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Clint A. Smotherman was arrested for: felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less or marijuana – methamphet-amine; felony unlawful use of drug paraphernalia – methamphetamine; driving while suspend-ed – second offense; no proof of insurance; failure to wear seat belt.
He was taken to the Tex-as County Jail and later released, the patrol said.
