A Hartshorn man was arrested Wednesday on five charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
James L. Briggs, 36, was wanted on a felony Texas County warrant for vehicle theft and arrested on charges of driving while revoked, failure to properly affix vehicle plates, having no insurance and wearing no seat belt.
He is held without bond in the Texas County Jail.
