The Houston tennis team continued its strong season with a convincing 8-1 home victory Tuesday against Liberty.

Korbyn Tune won his singles match 8-1 while Isaiah Buse, Kyler Ramsey and Elliot Clark had 8-2 wins. Clayton Moore and Kyle Mills won 8-5.

In doubles play, Buse and Ramsey as well as Clark and Tune won 8-2.

In JV action, Cooper Mills won 6-0.

Road sweep at Mountain Grove

The Tigers earned a shutout victory Friday at Mountain Grove by hammering the Panthers 9-0.

Moore, Mills and Tune all won their singles matches 8-0. Clark was an 8-1 winner while Buse and Moore were victorious 8-4.

Clark and Tune won their doubles match 8-1. Mills and Moore teamed up for an 8-2 victory. Buse and Ramsey won 8-3.
