A Versailles man faces numerous charges for his arrest in a stolen vehicle taken from Cabool, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. 

A Versailles man faces many charges after stealing a vehicle in Texas County and leading multiple agencies on a chase ending in Webster County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. 

Timothy G. Brown, 26, is alleged to have stolen a truck on Pea Ridge Road near Cabool and leading officers on a chase before crashing in Webster County at about 4 p.m. Saturday, the patrol said. The truck was first seen in Wright County. 

Brown is charged with felony stealing a motor vehicle, felony first-degree assault, felony resisting arrest by flight, felon in possession of a firearm, felony stealing a firearm, felony Morgan County warrant for possession of methamphetamine, felony Morgan County warrant for stealing, felony probation and parole warrant for parole absconder, felony property damage, misdemeanor Camden County warrant for stealing, wearing no seat belt and additional traffic violations. 

He is held without bond in the Webster County Jail.
