A Mountain Grove man died Thursday evening in a Texas County crash after he suffered a medical condition, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Jacob Sellars said a westbound 2017 Ford F-250 was towing a vehicle when the driver, John A. Eisenhauer, 72, suffered a medical issue, traveled off the right side of U.S. 60 and down an embankment.
He was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital, where he later was pronounced dead by a physician.
