A wanted man from Licking was arrested Saturday on three charges, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Seth M. Backues, 22, was wanted on a felony warrant from Texas County and was cited with speeding and wearing no seat belt.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
