The Missouri State Highway Patrol was called to an accident at about 10:05 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, about five miles east of Licking.

An accident east of Licking on Tuesday injured a Salem woman.

Tpr. Jason Sentman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said a westbound 2008 Ford Freestyle driven by Wanda J. Brown, 58, travelled off the right side of Highway 32 five miles east of Licking, struck a fence and a tree.

Brown, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by ambulance to Salem Memorial District Hospital. The vehicle had extensive damage, Sentman said.
