An Elk Creek man was arrested Sunday on three charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Byron G. Pettijohn, 38, was charged with second-degree felony assault, felony driving while revoked and careless and imprudent driving.Â
He is held at the Texas County Jail.Â
