A Hartshorn man is charged with DWI following an accident Monday that injured him north of Mountain View, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.

Troopers said a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Rebecca O. Ply, 34, of Summersville, struck a 2001 Dodge 3500 truck driven by Thomas W. Davis, 43, that was turning on a county road from Highway 17.

Davis, who had minor injuries, was taken to Ozarks Medical Center at West Plains. He is charged with DWI and having no proof of insurance. He later was held at the Mountain View Police Department and later released, the patrol said.
