Jeff Richardson, a physical education teacher and assistant baseball coach at Houston, rolls a baseball during a Friday morning session of his baseball training with elementary students. Richardson in recent years discovered and became a student of Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and is bringing the new approach to sports to Houston through the formation of his organization United In Competition Sports Development.
