Bertha Lenora Mae Ice, 79, of Mountain Grove, passed away Friday, July 26, 2019, at her home.
She was born July 6, 1940, in Topeka, Kan., daughter of Albert John and Dorthea Lenora Scott Heinold. She and John Wayne Ice Sr. were married in 1957.
She worked several years as a teacher’s aide.
She loved spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jack; a brother, Bob; and two sisters, Louise and Francis.
Survivors include her husband, John Ice Sr. of the home; five children, Mike of Raymondville, Andy Agnone of Springfield and John Jr., Tom and Debbie Richardson of Mountain Grove; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
Private family services will be held in Ozark Cemetery, Houston. Arrangements were under the direction of Elliott-Gentry-Carder Funeral Home, Cabool.
