City Hall closed Friday morning for former mayor’s funeral

Houston City Hall will be closed 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday for the funeral of former mayor Don Tottingham. 

Tottingham, 72, served four terms as Houston’s mayor before leaving office in April. 

Services are 10 a.m. at Houston United Methodist Church.
