A Raymondville man is charged with several offenses following a crash Saturday night, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Cody A. Green, 22, was operated a northbound 2016 Kymco ATV that travelled off Split Limb Road east of Raymondville, returned to the road and overturned at about 7:30 p.m.
Tpr. Marty Wiseman said Green was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
The patrol said Green is charged with DWI, having no flag, driving while revoked, having no equilateral triangle and having no registration.
