Dr. Allen Moss, superintendent of the Houston School District, visits with judges with the Missouri Community Betterment Program about a successful bond issue earlier this year that will lead to the construction of a new gymnasium and other improvements on campus. The judges heard about several projects completed in the last year at Houston. Winners will be announced next month.
