A celebration of the life of Russell George Biros, 77, of Plato, is 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, at the Texas County Museum of Art and History, 112 N. Main St., Licking.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Texas County Museum of Art and History.
