Houston High School 2019 homecoming is set for Friday, Sept. 13. The Houston Alumni Association will also hold activities in conjunction with the event.
The annual homecoming parade on Grand Avenue downtown will begin at 2 p.m., with the lineup starting at 12:30.
Anyone interested in being in the parade should email Jason Pounds at firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday.
The HHS football team will host Salem Sept. 13 at 7 p.m.
The alumni association will hold two events – a 7 a.m. Saturday breakfast at the Houston Senior Center and a 2 p.m. mixer at Hiett Gymnasium. The short program begins at 3 p.m. with alumni updates and a scholarship fund. There is no charge to attend the mixer.
Some classes also will hold reunions.
