A Raymondville man is held on $25,000 bond on several charges following his arrest Monday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Joshua E. Purcell, 34, is charged with possession of controlled substance, driving while revoked/suspended, both felonies; possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less – prior drug offense, tampering or circumventing an ignition interlock device and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors.
