A wanted Houston man was arrested Wednesday, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Kobe A. Hicks, 23, was wanted on misdemeanor Howell County warrants of possession of under 10 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
Cesar O. Caceres Flores, 33, of Springfield, was cited and released Wednesday with driving while revoked and speeding – 20-25 over limit.
