Share Your Christmas, an annual holiday drive that benefits deserving children in Texas County, will serve more than 200 this year.
That’s the prediction of Pat Miller, coordinator, who operates from the basement of the Houston Lions Club Den on North U.S. 63.
Persons can still lend a hand: Case needs are outlined on an Angel tree at Houston Walmart Supercenter on South Sam Houston Blvd. Individual cases also were highlighted during the last several weeks in the Houston Herald and at houstonherald.com.
Donations are accepted from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Lions Club basement. Cash donations can be mailed to Share Your Christmas, P.O. Box 170, Houston, Mo. 65483.
