Emergency responders were called at mid-afternoon Wednesday to a two-vehicle crash south of Summersville.
The accident was at Highways 17 and WW, authorities said.
A medical helicopter was called. The Missouri State Highway Patrol and Summersville Fire Department were dispatched.
