A coating of frozen precipitation covered roads Monday afternoon, causing several accidents. Most did not involve injuries.

A West Plains woman was injured Monday afternoon on slick roads east of Cabool on U.S. 60, the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Tpr. Jason Sentman said a 2004 Chevrolet 1500 operated by Kristy M. Moran, 40, was headed westbound when her vehicle travelled off the roadway, struck a utility pole and overturned about three miles east of Cabool.

Moran, who had minor injuries, was transported by Howell County EMS to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains. The truck was totaled. She was wearing a seat belt.
