The following are excerpts from just some of the reports recently generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Keri L. Terrill, 47, of 3800 Day Ave. in Summersville, was issued citations for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and failure to properly affix license plate after a traffic stop on First Street at about 12:30 a.m. Jan. 1.
An officer made the stop after observing a blue Ford F-150 traveling without a front license plate. After making contact with the driver, Terrill, the officer smelled alcohol and field sobriety tests were conducted. She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
•Kylea J.E. Lane, 20 of 1247 Ozark Ave. in Houston, was cited for allowing an animal to run at large on Jan. 3.
•Adam L. Kirkwood, 31, of 5184 U.S. 63 at Cabool, was cited for driving while suspended on Dec. 31.
•Patrick B. Marshall, of Raymondville, was issued citations for peace disturbance by fighting and resisting arrest after an incident at the Office Bar in downtown Houston at about 1:25 a.m. Jan. 1.
•Jonathan D. Olson, 18, of 13645 Olson Lane at Success, was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way after a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 63 at about 3:40 p.m. Dec. 30.
•Christopher E. Simmons, 27, of 8901 Highway E in Houston, was issued citations for stealing under $750, driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle on Dec. 15.
An officer wrote the citations after investigating a report of shoplifting at Walmart. Simmons drove away from the store and was later apprehended by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and taken to the Texas County Jail.
•Jasper D. Robbins, 31, of 114 Cedar St. in Houston, was cited for fourth-degree domestic assault after an incident involving a woman at about 10:50 p.m. Dec. 20.
•John R. Tutor, 35, of 903 Augusta Street in Houston, was issued citations for fourth-degree domestic assault and property damage after an incident involving a woman at an Oak Street residence on Dec. 26. Tutor was cited for fourth-degree domestic assault again on Jan. 2, along with Chastity A. Tutor, 30, also of 903 Augusta Street in Houston.
•Destiny D. Wilson, 40, of 610 N. Second St. in Houston, was cited for allowing an animal to run at large on Dec. 23.
•Tyler D. Givens, 27, of 204 Old Salem Road at Licking, was issued three citations for stealing under $750 after allegedly shoplifting at Walmart on Dec. 2, Dec. 5 and Dec. 11.
•Keith A. Masters, 33, of 104 W. Cedar St. in Houston, David G. Dodson, 37, of 104 W. Cedar St. in Houston, and James Dickens, 28, of 107 W. Cedar St. in Houston, were each cited for peace disturbance by fighting after an incident Dec. 29 on West Cedar Street.
