The Houston board of education on Tuesday extended the contract of Dr. Allen Moss, superintendent.
Moss’ contract will now run through the 2022-2023 school year.
He has led the Houston School District since 2016.
Moss enters 2020 with a major construction project to oversee. Ground will soon break on an estimated $6.1 million gymnasium construction project and other improvements.
