A woman from Licking is charged following an accident Friday that left a vehicle in a stream bed north of Houston.
Cheryl J. Webster, 58, is charged with DWI – drugs, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, having no driver’s license and not having insurance.
Webster was cited and released to another party.
Authorities were responding following a report of a Mineral Springs Road accident where two people were reported in an argument.
