The following are excerpts from just some of the reports recently generated by the Houston Police Department:
•Billy J. Hayes Jr., 29, of Chestnut Terrace No. 223 in Houston, was issued a citation for peace disturbance after an incident at about 9:20 p.m. Jan. 26 at 27-year-old man’s apartment on Grand Avenue.
The Houston Police Department handled two matters recently that resulted in charges.
•Randy L. Hale Jr., 34, of 11623 Highway AD at Mountain Grove, was arrested Jan. 29 for having an active Texas County felony warrant for second-degree assault. Hale was arrested at the private probation and parole office in Houston and taken to jail. He is held without bond on the capias warrant.
