A Willow Springs man faces several charges following his arrest Sunday afternoon in Texas County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Robert S. Martindale, 46, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to display valid plates, driving while revoked, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility and wearing no seat belt. He was also sought on Cabool Police Department warrants for failure failure to appear (original charges were driving while revoked and exceeding speed limit).
He is held in the Howell County Jail.
